Like with our CityRail series, the IUR is all about variety, because variety means more fun, but it's smaller.
IUR2018 (Interurban Railroad) is 21 miles from service end to service end of various local industries and commuter stations. Local freights run between towns to perform local switching while a local commuter service provides passengers a way to commute from the suburbs to a main city center.
Along with a 21 mile mainline, several yards and branch lines can be found along the route. The route features three main yards, 5 passenger stations, and tons of industries!

Parkland Yard
Want to kick? Want to hump a train for sorting? Want to store your freight locomotives for road trains? Want to sort your iPortal trains you receive or send?
Then Parkland is where its at!
Parkland Yard is one heck of a yard. With a main yard, switching yard, Arrival/Departure yard,a support yard, engine yard, and a support yard, theres a vast amount of space to do what you need to do.
Parkland Yard has a hump allowing for quick sorting of cars, while the support yard allows for storage or repair of other cars. The Arrival/Departure yard allows for inbounds and outbounds to be stored until ready.
We have big plans for IUR2018. Besides adding tons of more industries, you will notice throughout the route (At least with V0.95), that there are some areas that seem incomplete.
That's because we are constantly working on additions to this route. With each new version will come noticeable changes that will make the experience that much better.
IUR2018 follows the same principal as our other routes: Fun, Creative, Quality
A route isn't fun when it lags, and it isn't fun when its just the same old stuff.
That's why we bring route updates. Add in the new ideas for the route, while also fixing issues that are reported by users or that we have found ourselves.
What's in an update?
The IUR2018 route will be updated each month with a new version.

Each update introduces small changes and scenery additions to the route. For most part, the changes will focus on scenery, however we may do small rail changes over time to improve the route.
