ABOUT THE ROUTE

Imagination is Key

The new route codename RMX-20,brings lots of fun and imaginative operating opportunities for users with multiple subdivisions, yards, terminals, and plenty of industries.Mainline portions of the route span far and wide, whether it be through mountains, small towns, and big cities. Big opportunities come especially with commuter operations. Stations placed on the various subdivisions allowing for a true multi-destination commuter system.

Extras Included

For the first time we are offering a guide to the route. From timetables to industry guides, there will be some helpful information to guide users along the way as they learn to navigate the multiple subdivisions and branchlines of the route.

Freight is King

Freight is the primary focus of the route. While you can run commuter trains pretty any direction, it's the freight opportunities that shine brightest. With over 100 industries spanning multiple subdivisions and branchlines, there is absolutely no end to what you can run.

To ensure the best experience, we designed the route to have unique challenges when it comes to switching certain industries, some easy, some very difficult. Whether it be to limit how many cars you can switch in at a time, or how specifically you can access an industry itself. This route will definitely add some spice to any operation you run on it.

Not Just CTC

For the first time ever, we are offering a route with more than one type of mainline operation. The route will consist of CTC, ABS, TWC/ABS, and Dark Territory all on one subdivision. This will bring a more unique approach to operating various trains across the route. With CTC being the primary system on a large segment of the route, a section will be ABS and TWC, with a Dark Territory segment along the way.

Expansion Packs

To really round out the experience of this new route, there will be additional expansion packages to compliment or even add on to the route. Whether it be specific content for operating the route, or even new route segments, these packs will definitely make things much more interesting.

Want more miles?

Future packs will add on to the routes end points to continue the experience, that is, if you like long distance ops.

Want more industries?

We'll probably look a section of the route and go... LET'S ADD MORE!! So you surely can expect some new industries or industrial parks later on.

Commuter nut?

We love commuter trains. Which is how they end up in most of the routes we do. But this time is different, an entire commuting system is now possible thanks to the stations being in various locations throughout the route, not just on one, but multiple subdivisions in multiple directions.

Let's Talk About The Button

You might be wondering why the button says "PURCHASE SOON" rather than DOWNLOAD. Well here's why....

These projects take a lot of time to put together. The planning, the frustrations of simply building it, and the work that goes not only into the route, but other pieces as well. (Website, documents, testing, time)

Because of this and the time it takes to put all of this together, we decided to maker this a Donation Spec'd Route, or DSR as we call it.

With the proceeds from a DSR, we can continue to provide the fun content we always have and spend more time on creating and putting things together. We go to great lengths to create our content, whether it be going to real world industrial areas or railyards for ideas, (Like for creating reskins, or yard setups). NEw equipment to allow for the latest systems to stay up to date with new versions of Trainz or new software.

We know that users appreciate what we do, why we do it, and how we do it. We see the appreciation with the traffic we get with downloads and site hits, so we hope to see appreciation with future DSR releases.
